9 short workouts for people who don’t have time to exercise

Even when your schedule is non-stop, don't let that hold you back from getting a workout in. Chris Hemsworth's team of experts have rallied together to provide you with nine short, sharp, and effective workouts – all under 25 minutes, most requiring no equipment – so you can get it done and get on with the rest of your day.

Don't forget you can switch the intensity on some of these workouts if you want an added challenge or need to take it easy.

1. DA RULK'S FUNCTIONAL TRAINING: DAILY GRIND
