Before you warm up, listen up. This is what you need to do to enter to WIN!

• Step 1: Sign up for your 4-week free trial on web at Centr.com. (This offer is not available via the iPhone or Android app.)
• Step 2: After joining, you will receive an email from Chris. Head to your inbox and follow the link in the email.
• Step 3: Hit play and complete the workout with Chris and his personal trainer Luke Zocchi.(It’s 10 minutes, bodyweight, and suitable for all training levels.)
• Step 4: Underneath the workout video, you will see an entry link – click and tell us how the workout got your pulse racing.
• Step 5: Breathe and try to remain calm.

Entries close January 14 12PM AEDT, and we’ll announce the winners by email on January 18, 2022.

When can I enter the competition?
Between January 1-14 12PM AEDT, 2022.

When will winners be announced?
January 18, 2022. Make sure you have opted in to receive emails (under ‘Account details’ in Settings) to receive the announcement.

Can I enter the competition on the Centr app for iPhone or Android?
If you are an existing member, you can enter via any platform that you access Centr on. If you are a new customer, you must join for the 4-week free trial and enter the competition via web at centr.com only.

I’m not a Centr member, can I still enter?
Yes! Join for the 4-week free trial on web at centr.com. (The 4-week free trial is not available via the iPhone or Android app.) After beginning your free trial on web, you will receive an email from Chris with all the details on how to enter the competition.

Does signing up for the 4-week free trial mean I’m automatically entered into the competition?
No, after beginning your free trial, you will receive an email from Chris with a link to the competition page on web. From there, you will need to participate in a short workout with Chris and his personal trainer Luke Zocchi and answer the question: “Tell us, how did the workout get your pulse racing?”

Can I enter the competition from anywhere in the world?
No. This competition is only open to residents of the US, Canada (excluding Quebec province), UK and Australia. Stay tuned for more opportunities in future.
