Ingredients

13 cup (100g) coconut yogurt (dairy or other plant-based alternative)

13 cup (80ml) almond milk (or dairy alternative)

2 tbs chia seeds

1 tbs maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)

1 tsp matcha green tea powder

1 kiwi fruit skin removed, half thinly sliced & half mashed with a fork

Topping

1 tbs coconut yogurt (dairy or other plant-based alternative)

12 kiwi fruit diced

10g 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) shaved

Place yogurt, milk, chia, maple syrup, matcha and mashed kiwi in a bowl and whisk to combine.

Place kiwi fruit slices around the sides of the glasses, add pudding, cover and refrigerate to set for 1 hour.

Top with yogurt, kiwi fruit and shaved chocolate to serve.
