  • Jump in

    Complete 2 sets. Rest for 20 secs between exercises, and 60 secs at the end of the round.

    Round 1
  • Turn up the heat

    Complete 2 sets. Rest for 20 secs between exercises, and 60 secs at the end of the round.

    Round 2
  • Stay strong

    Complete 2 sets. Rest for 20 secs between exercises, and 60 secs at the end of the round.

    Round 3
  • Power finisher

    Complete 2 sets. Rest for 20 secs between exercises.

  • Wind down
