You smashed Centr 6: Phase II – what now?

Centr 6: Phase II complete! You smashed your way through 6 weeks and you’re ready for the next challenge – but where do you turn?

Our Centr trainers have a huge variety of options to ensure you keep enjoying your workouts and, most importantly, maintain your momentum.

First things first: think about what you enjoyed about Centr 6: Phase II and the results you achieved. Did you complete it back-to-back with the original, and now feel ready for an even bigger challenge? Did you enjoy the structure of a short-term program? Have you gained muscle or broken through a weight loss plateau? Do you enjoy training with weights or the simplicity of busting out bodyweight moves at home? Perhaps you just loved the change from your usual routine.

The great news is, whatever your goal, the past 6 weeks have rocketed you closer to reaching it.

Now, let’s look at the different options to keep your journey heading in the right direction.

1. Did somebody ask for a challenge?
You’re in luck! Our resident stuntman Bobby Holland Hanton has just dropped a brand new style of workout into your Planner: plyometric training. Also known as ‘shock’ training, plyo focuses on explosive power for maximum speed and strength. It’s intense, it’s challenging and Bobby will help you rock your routine with tricky bodyweight moves worth showing off. You’ll find Bobby’s high-intensity plyo workouts in your Planner on Sundays and via the Explore section. Are you game?

2. Weight-loss mission ongoing?
Stay committed by ripping right into another 6-week journey with Centr Unleashed, the all-bodyweight program designed to help you lose weight and improve your cardio. Already done it? Try tackling the program on the next intensity level up.

3. Inspired to gain muscle and strength?
He has been by your side throughout Centr 6: Phase II, and there’s more Luke Zocchi where that came from. Luke is the trainer responsible for Chris’s superhero physique, and now he’s going to help you maximize your muscle with brand new weighted and banded workouts. If your goal is set to Build Muscle, you’ll see Luke’s Muscle Building workouts in your Planner each week, in tandem with Torre Washington’s sessions. You can also swap in one of Luke’s Resistance Muscle sessions (using resistance bands) from Self-guided Workouts to get your pump on anytime, anywhere.

Speaking of Torre Washington, if you’re back at the gym or have a slick home set-up, he’s your Muscle Building man. If your goal is not set to Build Muscle, but you still want to chase gains, search for Torre in Self-guided Workouts, and swap in 2 or 3 sessions per week.

And don’t forget to use the equipment filters when you’re searching workouts to find the session that works for you.

4. Digging the short, sharp and effective workout style?
It’s called Phase II for a reason! Loop back and take a run at the original Centr 6. But this time, up your weights or complete the program at a higher intensity level.

Just want more HIIT? Oh, we’ve got more HIIT. Luke’s HIIT HIRT Strength and Ashley’s HIIT Strength sessions are waiting for you in your Planner, and via the Explore section.

And when you’re ready to test your endurance, Luke and Chris’s bodyweight bonus sessions are the most fun you can have working out at home! And by fun, we mean sweaty and tough. Find them in Coached Workouts and hit save so you can revisit them any time.

5. Do you love Da Rulk?
Of course you do. We can’t give too much away yet, but if you can’t get enough of our functional training expert, and you want to become the bear crawl master we know you can be, watch this space... Something VERY special is coming soon.
