Never worked out or found other ‘beginner’ programs too hard?

You don’t need a gym or any equipment at home to kickstart your fitness journey with Centr Begin. In this feel-good 3-week program, Maricris and Dan will teach you the basics of cardio and strength training and give you the confidence to chase your goals.

You’re a home workout hero (or you’d like to be) and that’s good enough for you. Can you still join the program fun? Of course you can! Meet Centr Unleashed, the original smash hit all-bodyweight program where the only equipment you need is YOU. Trainers Luke and Ashley will help you lose weight, get lean, boost your cardio, and unleash a new level of fitness at home over 6 weeks.

Your main goal is fat loss…

If you’re on a mission to lose body fat, there’s no messing around when it comes to achieving your goal with Luke and Alexz in Centr Unlimited. They’ll get you straight down to business in the first phase of the program, specifically designed to spark fat burn – with low-impact modifications to keep you moving. As the program progresses, the focus shifts to toning and strength-building to leave you feeling lean and strong.

The combination of high-intensity strength training and cardio can also be particularly effective for fat burn (and great for your heart health, too). The added benefit of our hybrid training programs Hybrid Strong and Hybrid Strong: Tread is that they help you focus on overall fitness – which is great if you tend to get too caught up on what the scale is telling you. Just focus on your performance and the results will come.

Did somebody order gains? Grab your dumbbells for 6 weeks of high-intensity strength training with Centr Sculpted. Ingrid, Luke and Maricris will have you strengthening and sculpting lean muscle for total-body results.

The style of strength training in Centr Power is what powers Chris’s muscle – and now yours. Using training methods refined by Chris and Luke while preparing for the latest Thor movie, you will follow in Chris’s footsteps to build serious muscle strength and size with this comprehensive 13-week program – available in Gym or at Home.

Ever wanted to build muscle like Chris Hemsworth? Centr Power is your chance.

You find exercise boring…

We get it. A hot, sweaty workout isn’t your idea of a party. That’s why we pack our programs with boredom-busting variety and fast, effective training styles. It only takes 5 minutes a day to build your strongest core ever with 28 Days of Core – with a different trainer and different moves every day.

Centr Fusion melds training styles into a hybrid fusion to get you mixing it up with Ashley’s strength training, Michael’s boxing-infused HIIT hybrid BoxHIIT, and Tahl’s yoga/functional/cardio hybrid PowerFlow. Every workout day is different, and workouts get tougher as you progress.

Health isn't just about physical fitness. You want low-impact options…

How do you get results without aggravating your bad knees or grouchy downstairs neighbor? By taking the impact (not the intensity) out of your training. Almost all of the workouts in Your Plan in the Home section of the Centr app have low-impact options, or you can work it program style with Centr Unlimited. “Just because it’s low-impact doesn’t mean it’s not challenging,” says Alexz. “I guarantee your muscles will feel the burn!” On-screen modifications for all moves (where required) make every workout in Unlimited a low-impact workout, across all three program levels.
