Did you love the simplicity and results of dumbbell-only training? Good news – you’ve got options:

  • Graduate to the next level of Centr Ignite (from Beginner through to Advanced, each level of the program is different) or take it on again with heavier weights.
  • Look for Luke's HIIT HIRT Strength workouts in your Planner or the Explore section to keep your cardio and muscles pumping.
