In Centr 6: Phase II, your trainers will show you how to harness the power of consistency and repetition to push your training to the next level. Repetition between rounds and weeks enables you to master the moves, build strength and increase stamina and makes it easy to track your progress from the start through to the end of the 6-week program.
How does it work?

The 6 exercises, 6 rounds, 6 days a week format is inspired by the group training Chris Hemsworth finds most effective and enjoyable. Using bodyweight and weighted moves, it’s the “anytime, anywhere” style of training that Chris and his personal trainer Luke switch to when they’re on the road and equipment is limited – so both the original and Centr 6: Phase II can be done at home or the gym.
Just like the first Centr 6, Phase II will strip training back to basics, catering for all levels of fitness with a combination of cardio and strength work to deliver big results. And you can share the journey with our worldwide community by joining in from day one.
I’m game, but which Centr 6 should I do first?
You don’t need to have completed the original Centr 6 in order to have a go at Phase II. Actually, we recommend joining in with the global Centr community when Centr 6: Phase II kicks off on Monday, August 24.
The original Centr 6 program will always be available, so if you love the training style of Phase II, you can loop back and start the original six weeks from now.
What equipment do I need?
The best thing about Centr 6 and Centr 6: Phase II is that they make training accessible for everyone. All you need is a set of dumbbells (and if you don’t have those, try some cans or water bottles) and your workout mat.
