  2. Change it up. You know variety is the spice of life, right? And certain research suggests that greater diversity in daily activities is associated with better overall cognitive functioning.
  3. Keep moving. Your brain has always been a sucker for peer pressure, so keep your muscles firing and your mind will follow suit. Exercise has been proven to slow down various age-related changes and remains one of the most powerful ways to maintain high levels of cognition as we grow older.
