5 of my favorite fast workouts for busy people
How would I describe life right now? In a word: hectic.
But I’m here to let you in on a secret: a hectic schedule doesn’t mean your workout routine has to go out the window. A lot of people spend too much time worrying whether we’re doing it right or for long enough, when all that really matters is that we’re moving.
More isn’t always better. A short workout can be super effective – that’s basically my training philosophy right there. So instead of saying “stuff it” because you can’t put in an hour at the gym, it’s time to switch your mindset.
I’ve picked 5 killer workouts that clock in at under 15 minutes each. The best part? We’ve unlocked them so you can get your sweat on even if you’re not a Centr member.

1. All-out abs challenge
Equipment: None
Fitness level: Intermediate–Advanced
Chris is always trying to outdo me on the workout mat. Now it’s your turn. Pick your pace and try to keep up with me until the final buzzer.

2. 15 minutes of fire with Bobby & Tahl
Equipment: None
Fitness level: All – each trainer demos a different intensity.
The title says it all: this is 15 minutes of fat-burning cardio fire. It’s all bodyweight, so you don’t need equipment, and you can follow the trainer demonstrating the intensity level that’s right for you.

3. Limitless: HIIT tester
Equipment: Dumbbells
Fitness level: Advanced
If you have a little more energy to burn, this challenging bodyweight workout will hit the spot. I designed it to spike your heart rate and keep it there – so you’re working at your limits for the full 15 minutes.

Equipment: Dumbbells
Fitness level: All – each trainer demos a different intensity.
These multi-level sessions with Alexz and Dan are a whole lot of fun. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, intermediate or advanced – just grab those dumbbells and let’s get busy building your lower body and cardio fitness.

If you only have 10 minutes to spare and limited space or equipment, this full-body workout is for you. Bonus points if you move with the same finesse as Chris and myself.
