What equipment do I need?
We’ve kept Centr Circuit: Strength streamlined so you can take it to the gym or take it on at home. All you need is:
- A set of dumbbells – light, medium and heavy weights.
- An incline bench – adjustable to different angles.
Don’t have a bench at home? Take the program on at the gym to achieve optimal results.
