The workouts that got you moving in 2024

Centr Team

The only thing we love more than counting push-up reps (102… 103…) is counting down the best workouts of the year – according to you.

By tracking the way you moved this year, we learned a thing or two:

  • Strength is your priority…

  • … But not at the cost of your cardio fitness.

  • Mobility and active recovery counts.

  • Surprise, surprise, you're busy!

The good news is, there’s still time to get more out of 2024. Because it’s a leap year, you have a whole extra day to make every minute count. So pick the workouts that work for you, and let’s go out sweating.

Strength for all your goals

Want to bulk up, run better, cut fat or simply move better through your day? There’s a training style for that…

Running is having a moment. Strength For Runners is the workout program that makes that moment last. Whether you last through a 100m sprint or an ultra-marathon, well that’s up to you.

Hybrid styles for total fitness

In a year this busy, only the most efficient route to all-round fitness would do. That’s where circuit, bodyweight and hybrid training styles combining strength and cardio come into their own.
