Who is Korey Rowe?
Korey Rowe is a New York-based fitness expert with more than a decade of experience. His signature KR Method of training fuses functional strength and innovative mobility work to generate explosive movement.
Having overcome his own injuries and physical limitations, Korey truly understands the transformative power that freedom of movement can have on your physical and mental well-being.

What is Strength in Motion?
Korey will transform your training over 6 weeks with his high-intensity mix of hybrid strength training, explosive bodyweight exercises and mobility work.
- 5 x 20 to 45-minute workouts per week – targeting upper, lower or full body, with core work in every session.
- Targeted at Intermediate to Advanced fitness level – expect challenging moves, plyometric HIIT and minimal rest.
- NEW self-guided audio coaching format delivers expert coaching when you need it. Korey will talk you through each exercise, alongside a video demo to check your form.
- Training phases increase in intensity to deliver consistent progress.
- Repetition of highly effective exercises for maximum return on effort. Workouts also repeat in the second week of each phase, with fresh audio coaching from Korey to guide you through.

What equipment do I need?
You can take on Strength in Motion at home or in the gym using minimal equipment. You will need:
Dumbbells – Korey recommends medium to heavy weights
A sturdy chair or bench

Do I need to adjust my nutrition?
Follow the meal plan in Your Plan in the Home section to get the best possible results from this program.

We do recommend you have a strong base of fitness before taking on this program. The workouts are self-guided, so if you are struggling with any particular move or the overall intensity, slow your pace, modify the exercise and add rest breaks where needed.
