How long is the program?

8 weeks of progressive, full-body hypertrophy training using just dumbbells. Structured to push your strength, maximize muscle, and make every session count.

Who is Dumbbell Build for?

Lifters who take it seriously, no matter where they train.

If you want structure, intensity, and gym-level results from a dumbbell-only program – this one’s for you.

What’s the training focus?

Muscle. Strength. Progression.

Built around classic hypertrophy principles, this program uses smart set structures (supersets, trisets, and giant sets), high-volume rep ranges, and full-body movement splits to help you grow more with less.

You can expect:

  • 4 x Total Strength days each week, each targeting your full body with specific muscle group emphasis.

  • 1 x optional Strength & Conditioning day for added intensity and endurance.

  • Supersets, trisets and giant sets to maximize time and impact.

  • Core work, every session.

What equipment will you need?

Just dumbbells. That’s it. No bench, no machines, no specialty gear.

Your program training structure

Each week includes:

  • Day 1: Total Strength (push/quads)
  • Day 2: Total Strength (pull/hamstrings)
  • Day 3: Total Strength (shoulders/legs)
  • Day 4: Total Strength (arms/glutes)
  • Day 5: Optional Strength & Conditioning

Dumbbell Build uses progressive overload training principles – increasing the challenge throughout the weeks, so you can build muscle without plateaus.

How long are the workouts?

  • Strength: 30-40 minutes

  • Strength & Conditioning (optional): 30 minutes or less
