How long is the program?

8 weeks of progressive, full-body dumbbell training designed to build lean muscle and sculpt definition with higher rep ranges, rotating muscle splits, and smarter programming.

Built around proven hypertrophy principles, Dumbbell Sculpt trains full-body strength with a female-first approach.

You can expect:

  • 4 x Total Strength days targeting glutes, shoulders, back, and core

  • 1 x optional Circuit Strength day to boost metabolic challenge

  • Supersets, trisets, and giant sets for muscle stimulus and efficiency

  • Progressive overload, applied week-to-week

  • Higher rep ranges to suit lighter dumbbells and home training setups

What equipment will you need?

Just dumbbells – for best results, you’ll need a light, medium, and heavy pair.

Your program training structure

Each week includes:

  • Day 1: Lower body focus
  • Day 2: Upper body focus
  • Day 3: Glutes focus
  • Day 4: Shoulders/back focus
  • Day 5: Optional circuit

Dumbbell Sculpt follows a progressive overload model to keep you improving without plateauing. Rest periods are shorter, and rep ranges are higher – supporting results with the equipment and environment you have.

How long are the workouts?

  • Total Strength (body-part targets): 30–40 minutes

  • Circuit Strength (optional): 30-40 minutes
