Yogurt & Banana Pudding

1⁄2 cup (125g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 medium banana
1 tbs chia seeds
1 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
6 whole almonds (roasted) roughly chopped
2 tsp honey (rice malt syrup or maple syrup)
Place yogurt, banana, chia and cocoa in a small food processor and blend until combined. Transfer to a bowl and set aside to thicken for 5 minutes.
Top with almonds and a drizzle of honey to serve.
