Banana, PB & Cinnamon Toast

4 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs water
6 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2 thin slices (40g ea) rye bread (or gluten free) toasted
1 medium banana sliced
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon 1/8 -1/4 tsp to taste
4 tsp sunflower seeds (kernels)
Combine protein powder, water and peanut butter in a small bowl.
Spread mixture evenly over toast and top with banana.
Dust with cinnamon and scatter over sunflower seeds to serve.
