Ingredients

14 cup (62 12g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

18 cup (20g) 70% dark chocolate melts (or dairy-free alternative)

14 tbs pistachios chopped

14 tbs dried cranberries chopped

Methodbased on 8 servings
1

Line a baking tray that will fit in your freezer with baking paper and spread yogurt over the tray to form a circle.

2

Place chocolate pieces in a non-plastic bowl. Microwave for 1 minute, then 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted. Or place bowl over a saucepan with a small amount of simmering water and stir until melted.

3

Drizzle melted chocolate into a bulls-eye/dartboard pattern over the yogurt and then use a skewer to draw lines from the centre outward until you have a spiderweb design.

4

Top with ‘bugs’ of chopped cranberries and pistachios.

5

Place tray in the freezer for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

6

Break into pieces to serve.
