Peach Cobbler Super Smoothie

This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle goal or completing the Centr Power and Power Shred programs. 2 cups (500ml) water cold
2⁄3 cup (70g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs almond butter (or other nut butter)
1⁄2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 yellow peaches or any other fresh or tinned peach
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
