Salted Caramel Super Smoothie

This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle goal or completing the Centr Power and Power Shred programs. Our post-workout Super Smoothies make it easier to meet your daily energy quota and protein needs in order to support training and muscle gains. 2 cups (500ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup (130ml) water
2⁄3 cup (70g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
4 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
4 pitted medjool dates
8 whole almonds (roasted)
pinch salt
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
