Strawberry Ice Cream Pops

Dan's creamy strawberry ice pops are so decadent in taste, you won’t believe they're packed with healthy, good-for-you fats! Keep your sweet tooth satisfied by making a stash for the freezer.

100ml coconut milk (tinned)
1⁄2 cup (70g) frozen strawberries
1⁄2 tbs maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
1⁄2 tbs chia seeds
In a high powered blender, blend coconut milk, strawberries and maple syrup on high until well combined, about 1-2 minutes.
Stir through chia seeds pour mixture into popsicle molds. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Remove from mold when ready to serve!
