4 tsp almond butter (or other nut butter)
1 medium banana sliced
2 tsp chia seeds
2 tsp honey (rice malt syrup or maple syrup)
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon pinch
Toast bread and spread with almond butter.
Top with sliced banana, chia seeds, honey and a dusting of cinnamon to serve.
