All you need is two ingredients to treat yourself to a sweet dessert or fruity-fresh summer snack. For a little more fun, you can make popsicles from Dan's recipe by simply adding a little more coconut milk and pouring into molds before freezing.

Process ingredients until smooth, pausing occasionally to scrape down the sides
Serve immediately or transfer to a loaf tin and freeze to enjoy later.
