For a deliciously thick and creamy smoothie bowl, remember to freeze the banana and yogurt in advance.

1 medium banana sliced & frozen
4 tbs Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative) frozen
4 tbs milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
4 tbs chocolate protein powder or vanilla or natural protein powder plus 2 tbs cocoa powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup (150g) frozen cherries or raspberries
4 tsp 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) chopped
5 tsp coconut flakes
Place banana, yogurt, milk, protein powder and cinnamon in a blender and process on high until smooth, thick and creamy.
Transfer to a bowl and top with cherries, chocolate and coconut to serve.
