2 cups (500ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1 kale leaf chopped
1 medium banana sliced & frozen in advance
1 cup (160g) fresh or frozen blueberries
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
