Turkey, Feta & Spinach Wrap

2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 wholegrain/wholemeal tortillas or wraps, small (40g ea) (or gluten free)
1 cup (40g) baby spinach leaves
200g pre-cooked turkey breast shredded
50g feta crumbled
salt & pepper, to taste
Spread mustard over wrap and top with spinach, turkey and feta and season with salt and pepper.
Roll up, tucking in the ends. Wrap in foil to secure and refrigerate until ready to eat.
