Recovery Chocolate Mug Cake

olive oil spray
1⁄3 cup (40g) chocolate protein powder
1⁄4 cup (25g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
2 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder) plus extra for dusting
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1⁄2 cup (125ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1 tbs crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2 tbs Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative) to serve
Lightly spray mugs with oil spray.
Mix all ingredients, except yogurt, to make a smooth batter and divide between mugs.
Cooking one mug at a time, microwave for 1-2 minutes, depending on the power of your microwave.
Allow to cool for at least a minute before topping with yogurt and a dusting of extra cocoa to serve.
