1 12 cups (380ml) water

12 cup (120g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

2 yellow peaches or white peach (or 110g drained tinned peaches in juice)

1 medium banana sliced & frozen

12 cup (70g) fresh or frozen raspberries

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
