2 cups (500ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
4 tbs chocolate protein powder or vanilla plus 2 tsp cocoa powder
6 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
1 medium banana frozen
4-6 ice cubes
1⁄2 tsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder) for dusting, optional
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
Dust with cocoa (if using).
