Ingredients

1 23 pitted medjool dates

14 cup (24g) cashews, roasted soaked in water overnight & drained

13 tbs hulled tahini

18 cup (14g) sesame seeds

18 tsp ground cinnamon

18 tsp sea salt

Methodbased on 10 servings

Place dates in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes.

Add cashews, tahini, half the sesame seeds, cinnamon and salt to a food processor.

Add drained dates and blend until smooth and mixture is coming together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Roll mixture into 10 even sized balls, and roll through remaining sesame seeds to coat.

 

Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
