Date, Cashew & Sesame Bliss Balls

Dan recommends packing these sweet, nutty bites into a container and throwing them into your gym bag or hiking backpack. They're great pre-workout fuel and will keep you going throughout the day.

1 2⁄3 pitted medjool dates
1⁄4 cup (24g) cashews, roasted soaked in water overnight & drained
1⁄3 tbs hulled tahini
1⁄8 cup (14g) sesame seeds
1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon
1⁄8 tsp sea salt
Place dates in a heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water and set aside for 10 minutes.
Add cashews, tahini, half the sesame seeds, cinnamon and salt to a food processor.
Add drained dates and blend until smooth and mixture is coming together. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll mixture into 10 even sized balls, and roll through remaining sesame seeds to coat.
Store refrigerated in an airtight container for up to 7 days or freeze for up to 3 months.
