Eggs with Everything Bagel Seasoning

Need a snack that will get you to your next meal? Dan swears by the protein and healthy fats in hard-boiled eggs. He'll show you how to take them to the next level with his homemade everything bagel seasoning. Serve up as egg alone, or atop your favorite crackers.

2 large eggs
Everything Bagel Seasoning
2⁄3 tsp onion powder
2⁄3 tsp garlic powder
2⁄3 tsp poppy seeds
2⁄3 tsp sesame seeds
1⁄8 tsp sea salt flakes
Place eggs in a saucepan of cold water and bring to the boil. Continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove with a slotted spoon and place in a sink of cold water to cool. Peel and cut in half.
While the eggs cook, combine seasonings in a small bowl or jar and mix well.
Serve eggs sprinkled with seasoning.
