Mayo-free Tuna Salad Snack

When you feel the afternoon slump coming on, Dan will help you order up a snack – hold the mayo! – in 5 minutes flat. If you have a can of tuna and veg to dig into it with, you're pretty much set to roll with this 5-ingredient recipe.

100g tinned tuna in springwater drained
1 tsp olive oil
1 lemon juice & zest
salt & pepper, to taste
1 tsp chives chopped, optional
2 qukes (mini Lebanese cucumbers) or Lebanese cucumber, sliced lengthways
Combine tuna, oil, lemon juice and zest and season with salt and pepper.
Transfer to a small serving bowl and top with chopped chives.
Serve with sliced cucumber.
