Ingredients

2 cups (500ml) almond milk (or dairy alternative)

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

4 cups (160g) baby spinach leaves

1 green pear cored & roughly chopped

1 banana (large) roughly chopped & frozen

2 lemons zest & juice

12 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve.

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
