Ingredients

1 cup (250ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup (125ml) water

12 cup (60g) chocolate protein powder or vanilla plus 1 tbs cocoa powder

2 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)

12 tsp mixed spice plus extra for dusting (or cinnamon)

1 medium banana sliced & frozen

1 tbs 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) roughly chopped (plus optional extra shaved to serve)

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
