Looking for a different kind of smoothie? Keep it light and refreshing with Dan's Kiwi Coconut blast – perfect for first thing in the morning or to replenish electrolytes after a sweaty workout.

2 cups (500ml) coconut water
1⁄3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs almond butter (or other nut butter)
2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves
2 kiwi fruit roughly chopped
1 lemon juiced
1 tsp fresh ginger grated or 1/2 tsp ground ginger
pinch of salt (optional)
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
