5-ingredient Choc Banana Mug Cake

What if we told you that Dan's indulgent-tasting dessert only takes 5 minutes (flat) to whip up? Oh look, you're already halfway through! Don't forget to top with fresh or frozen berries.

1 spray olive oil
2 large eggs
2 medium bananas mashed
1 tbs cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
1 tbs 70% dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free alternative) roughly chopped
1⁄4 cup (35g) fresh mixed berries or berries of choice
Spray microwave-proof mugs with oil.
Whisk eggs together in a bowl (or this can be done in individual mugs).
Add banana, cocoa and chocolate chunks and thoroughly mix together.
Divide mixture evenly between mugs.
Microwave on high for 1 minute. Cake should be light and springy to the touch, but not appear raw. If not fully cooked, continue to microwave in 15-second intervals until cooked (should not be more than 2 minutes in total).
Top with berries to serve.
