Triple Chocolate Super Smoothie

This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle goal. Our post-workout Super Smoothies make it easier to meet your daily energy quota in order to support training and muscle gain needs. 1 1⁄2 cups (375ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
2⁄3 cup (65g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1⁄3 cup (40g) chocolate protein powder
2 tbs cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
1⁄8 tsp ground cinnamon
2 medium bananas sliced & frozen
4-6 ice cubes
2 tsp 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) shaved
Blend all ingredients, except shaved chocolate, on high until smooth and creamy.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
Top with chocolate and serve immediately.
