This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle goal or completing the Centr Power and Power Shred programs. 2 cups (500ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
4 tbs rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
4 tbs vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
4 tsp crunchy natural peanut butter (or other nut butter)
2 medium bananas frozen
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately. You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
