Banana, Coconut & Mint Super Smoothie

This is a Super Smoothie, specifically created for men and women on the Build Muscle goal or completing the Centr Power and Power Shred programs. Our post-workout Super Smoothies make it easier to meet your daily energy quota and protein needs in order to support training and muscle gains. 2 cups (500ml) coconut milk, unsweetened (carton)
1 cup rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 medium bananas frozen
2 tsp hemp seeds
4 sprigs of fresh mint leaves picked
4-6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients, beginning with coconut milk, in a high-powered blender and blend on high until well-incorporated.
You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder. Serve immediately.
