Batch prep your breakfast parfait for a seriously breezy week. Simply layer up a few jars and you'll be ready to grab and go. Feel free to swap out the berries for any fresh or frozen fruit.

12 cup (50g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)

23 cup (160g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

12 cup (80g) frozen mixed berries or fresh

12 tbs shredded coconut toasted

Divide oats between glasses or jars.

Mix yogurt and protein powder until smooth, you may need to add a little water, and add to oats.

Top with berries and refrigerate for 15 minutes or overnight.

To serve, mix ingredients together (you may need to add a little more water depending on consistency) and scatter over toasted coconut.
