100g chow mein noodles, fresh (or gluten free)
2 tsp sesame oil
300g extra lean minced beef
150g sugar snap peas or sliced snow peas or green beans
1⁄2 red pepper deseeded & thinly sliced
2 tbs oyster sauce (or vegan equivalent)

Add peas and red pepper and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until tender-crisp.
Add drained noodles, reserved cooking water, oyster sauce and vinegar to the beef mixture. Cook, stirring for 2 minutes or until heated through.
