1 12 cups (380ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)

12 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)

1 apple cored & roughly chopped

16 whole almonds (roasted)

12 tsp mixed spice or cinnamon

4-6 ice cubes

Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy and serve immediately.

 

Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
