Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

There's nothing better than biting into a freshly baked oatmeal cookie. Until now! You can easily tweak our cookie-inspired breakfast smoothie by adding your favorite spices, cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger.

1 1⁄2 cups (380ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
4 tbs rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
2 pitted medjool dates
1⁄2 tsp pumpkin pie spice plus extra to dust (optional)
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. Dust with extra spice to serve (if using).
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
