1 1⁄2 cups (380ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup (60g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
4 tsp hulled tahini
1 medium banana
1⁄4 tsp ground cinnamon or to taste, reserving some to serve
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy.
Sprinkle over extra cinnamon to serve.
Note: You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
