Zesty Green Smoothie

Let Ingrid introduce you to her favorite green smoothie! It's a fresh and fruity glass, packed with goodness to start your day. This recipe has been adapted from Ingrid's e-book Your Plant Reset.

1 kale leaf roughly chopped
2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves
1⁄4 bunch of fresh flat leaf parsley roughly chopped
1 cup (250ml) coconut water
1⁄3 cup (40g) natural protein powder
1⁄2 avocado (medium)
1 cup (180g) green grapes frozen
1 lime zest & juice
1 cup (180g) pineapple fresh or tinned, roughly chopped
2 sprigs of fresh mint leaves picked (optional)
4-6 ice cubes
Blend all ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
