Number of servings
1⁄2 cup (50g) rolled oats (or brown rice flakes or quinoa flakes if gluten free)
1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1⁄4 tsp mixed spice
1⁄2 cup (125ml) milk, reduced fat (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 Granny Smith apple (medium) grated
12 whole almonds (roasted) roughly chopped
2 tbs goji berries or sultanas
1⁄4 cup (60g) Greek yogurt (or dairy-free alternative)
1⁄2 cup fresh blueberries or other fresh berries
Combine oats, protein powder and spice in a bowl and mix well.
Add milk, apple, almonds and goji berries and stir well.
Divide between bowls, glasses or jars, cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
To serve, top with yogurt and berries.
