1 cup (250ml) coconut water or more if needed
1⁄3 cup (40g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
1 orange peeled
1 medium banana frozen & roughly chopped
2 cups (80g) baby spinach leaves
10 cashews, roasted or raw
4-6 ice cubes
To Serve
1 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs coconut flakes
Blend all smoothie ingredients on high until smooth and creamy. (You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.)
To serve, top with hemp seeds and coconut flakes.
