1 1⁄2 cups (375ml) soy milk (or dairy alternative)
200g silken tofu
1⁄4 cup (30g) vanilla protein powder (or natural protein powder)
2 tbs cocoa powder (or cacao powder)
2 tsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
2 tsp vanilla extract
4-6 ice cubes
To Serve
1 tsp 70% dark chocolate (or dairy-free alternative) finely grated
1 banana (small) sliced
Blend all ingredients, except banana and grated chocolate, on high until smooth and creamy. You may need to add a little water depending on the thickness of your protein powder.
Transfer to serving bowl and top with banana slices and grated chocolate to serve.
