2 'sleepy time' or camomile tea bags
1⁄2 cup (120ml) water hot
1 cup (250ml) tart cherry juice, no added sugar
2 tsp honey (rice malt syrup or maple syrup)
Brew tea bag in just boiled water for 5 minutes.
Warm cherry juice in a small saucepan.
Stir juice, tea and honey together and transfer to a mug. Perfect to enjoy before bed.
