Matcha, Banana & Choc Mug Cake

2 spray olive oil
4 tbs plain flour (or gluten-free if required)
2 tsp matcha green tea powder
1⁄2 tsp baking powder
1 banana (small) mashed
2 tbs almond milk (or dairy alternative)
2 tsp maple syrup (honey or rice malt syrup)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbs 70% dark chocolate chips (or dairy-free alternative)
Lightly spray a microwave safe mug with oil.
Combine flour, matcha and baking powder in a bowl.
Whisk banana, milk, maple syrup and vanilla together until well combined, and stir through the chocolate chips.
Combine wet and dry ingredients and transfer batter to prepared mug.
Microwave for 60 seconds on high, increasing in 20 second intervals (depending on your microwave) until cake has risen but still moist. Serve immediatley.
